Box Technique

Steps:

  1. Inhale when the circle expands(4s).
  2. Hold your breath when the circle stop(4s).
  3. Exhale when the circle contracts(4s).
  4. Hold when the circle stop(4s)
  5. Do 4-6 cycles for focus and performance prep and 8-10 for relaxation or wind-down.
