Breath of Fire

Steps:

  1. Inhale trough the nose rapidly and strongly when the circle expands(0.3s).
  2. Exhale trough the nose rapidly and strongly when the circle contracts(0.3s).
  3. Do it for 15-30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, do it again for a total of 2 rounds.
  4. As you get more comfortable you can increase the number of rounds that you do and the length of each round.

Warning:

  1. Please practice this breathing technique while seated or lying down in a safe, calm environment.
  2. Do not perform this technique while driving, operating machinery, or standing.
  3. This practice may cause lightheadedness or tingling — stop if you feel dizzy.
  4. Avoid if you have heart conditions, epilepsy, or are pregnant without medical guidance.
  5. Always listen to your body. Take breaks and breathe normally if needed.
