Breath of Fire
Steps:
- Inhale trough the nose rapidly and strongly when the circle expands(0.3s).
- Exhale trough the nose rapidly and strongly when the circle contracts(0.3s).
- Do it for 15-30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, do it again for a total of 2 rounds.
- As you get more comfortable you can increase the number of rounds that you do and the length of each round.
Warning:
- Please practice this breathing technique while seated or lying down in a safe, calm environment.
- Do not perform this technique while driving, operating machinery, or standing.
- This practice may cause lightheadedness or tingling — stop if you feel dizzy.
- Avoid if you have heart conditions, epilepsy, or are pregnant without medical guidance.
- Always listen to your body. Take breaks and breathe normally if needed.
